Those are a new feature that is being tested by Inno. Not everyone has them yet. It is just your standard click and watch an add for some free stuff.

The stuff isn't free. It takes time and time is valuable. Just so you know. LOL! And the amounts of stuff are very small, though I do get diamonds once in a while...one per chapter.
