Khelonaar Version 1.23

When on the world map and click on a city I am redirected to the Tech Tree.
This was happening only a few times but now it is happening more often. It is now also happening when I choose Visit in my Fellowship.

I have tried clearing cache and also rebooting. this has no effect.

Does this occur only on one browser or multiple browsers? Can you provide me with the browser you are using?

I haven't tried it with chrome but this is happening in IE 11
