Wanted: Easier and harder quest steps depending on your rank

Doesn't it seems too hard to evolve a event building up to level ten? Well I got an idea that there should be different quests depending on the rank. For example, if your rank is bellow twenty thousand the quests would be easier and if it is above ten thousand it would be harder.

That's how the quests are already set up. When it asks you to "collect 2,000 goods," it asks more advanced players to "collect 200,000 goods"
or when it asks you to scout a province which takes you 4 hours it takes an advanced player 4 days.

Others, like clearing tournament or spire encounters, are easier once you are out of the first few tutorial chapters, but that's in part to give you something to aim for.
