It's only in my city in Ceravyn. The other cities display correctly. I've logged in and out several times.

It is a two-part quest. You completed the first part and now you have to donate or collect more relics to complete the second part.

No, it's the amount of fresh supplies. I'm Ch. 14. It's not collecting 8 times, it's getting 134K in supplies.

i think its very likely because they changed the quest(s) with todays update, while you already had the quest active

That reminds me of the weird counting glitch I had earlier in the week. It resolved itself but was counting everything I collected (goods, troops etc) as kp
