I would think a global chat would keep some players here who would otherwise get bored and leave. I realize then someone needs to make sure people behave, but has there ever been an adequate reason why it is not implemented?
I ask because some of the members in my fellowship were discussing this in our fellowship chat today.
What do you all think? Would this be a benefit to the game?
