Yeah so I popped a few timers and in provinces 10+ you now get
1,4,1,1,4,0 KP
instead of
0,5,0,0,6,0 KP
I wasn't paying attention to the KP in provinces 1-9 but I think I got 1 in each on round 1

But instead they've been rearranged:
Round 2 province 9 reward is 36 tourney points, 1kp, 4 elixir relics, 1 EE spell
Round 2 province 10 reward is 36 tourney points, 4 kps 4 dust relics
Round 2 province 11 reward is 36 tourney points, 4 kps 4 gems relics
4kps not 5kps. I can hear the justifications now.

A quick peep at the first round of the new-style tournament in Beta.
Relics rotate according to province number, starting with dust in both round one and round two - presumably this will be the same in other rounds as well.
The fellowship bonus pays the relic type of the week - in this case Dust - for all chests up to #10, so far.
