Even simpler is just have a cooldown timer on redeploying your stored buildings such that no one would have an advantage in events and tourneys through quick deployment of certain buildings.

I like the idea. None of us know what Inno has planned and some ideas like the RR/challenges are a good start for adding challenge to the game. Nothing should be free or easy to get/upgrade. Hopefully Inno sees this and understands that we want more. We want to see more added to the game so that we can continue to play.
