Better Buildings quest not working.

Bug description: The quest "better buildings" that asks you to upgrade two buildings can not be advanced or completed. Upgrading 12 different buildings did not advance this quest, had to cancel it.

Browser and version: Firefox (latest)

Account Name: Valhalla

World: World 1

Human or Elves: Human

Reproducibility: 5/5 (As far as I know, since I can't re-test it.)

Thank you for reporting this issue however we are aware of this and the issue will be corrected within update 0.14. Previously reported HERE.
