This is a list of all cultural buildings that are able to be "helped" and their worth. The first column is the name of the cultural building (sorted by race), the second is whether or not it requires diamonds. The third column is the total amount of culture you get from the building (keep in mind that it will double for 8 hrs after being helped) and the last is the amount of culture per unit square. The reason I sorted them this way is under the assumption that most people want to have more of the cultural buildings that CAN be helped as opposed to the ones that cannot. Hopefully this will be beneficial to someone.

That's a great summary!

When constructing a culture building, we'd better focus on maximizing the last column; but when giving help, we should instead focus on the total culture a building gives- it's especially true when some culture buildings from advanced chapters give less total culture than those from earlier chapters, e.g., Ancient Grounds vs Garden of Harmony, Harvest Festival vs Temple of the Holy Fire/Ancient Grounds/Garden of Harmony.

It's interesting to spot that per unit wise, Pond of Recreation is still inferior to Golden Torch Tower/Battle Arena which are released two chapters ago. Inno is trying its best in pushing people to spend lol.
