Can someone tell me which event the Fairy Queen's Retreat Artifact came from? I got a levej Evolution from a chest in the Spire. I don't have the building to use the level up on. Should I keep it in storage hoping that I will get the building or disenchant it for 1500 spell fragments?

You will get to craft the base in ur MA, and those are on a 6 week rotation.
so every 6 weeks, the Spire changes which it gives. There is better stuff I
think to disenchant, why not just collect the artifacts .... heh

Save it for now and disenchant it whenever you collect enough free diamonds to upgrade your MA to level 5, because then you will get 2000 fragments, instead of 1500.
