@helya can you give us a list of the points needed per level? I'm all for this new addition.
It's a little tricky to give exact numbers because upgrading one perk increases the cost for all of them at the same time.

Your first upgrade costs 25,000 but will also increase the starting upgrade cost for the other 3 perks by 25,000.
Each upgrade increases by 50,000.

If for example, you decided to focus only on one perk and not start any of the others, the levels would be
25k, 75k, 125k, 175k, 225k, 275k, 325k, 375k, 425k, 475k

All 3 of the other perks starting upgrade will increase to 275k because they go up 25k when you level any other perk.

Yep, it is a complicated set-up and none of this info was given to us on Beta before we started playing around with it.

Also, despite all the testing on the Beta and German servers, not one change was made to this system, despite all the feedback they got from us. Just more proof that Inno ignores most everything that comes from the Beta players, other than actual bug/glitch reports.

Question about gold spire 10+ chest FS. With the spire perk can a FS store points achieved above the final crystal? With the tournament can they store points achieve between chests above the first 10?

I would have to doublecheck on the Beta forum, but I think yes? However, each level of the Spire perk will only store 50 leftover points, so even at the max level of 10, only 500 points will be stored for use in a future Spire. The tournament perk will store 2500 extra points per level.

If a FS gained enough xp over time, can all perks reach level 10 or is the cap to the total amount of levels a fs can use?

For the tourney and spire perks; when spending what your fs has saved up, is it a spend all or nothing approch, or can you select the exact amount of points you want to spend? (assuming of course the fs has the required points saved up)

Pretty sure you can eventually get all four up to level 10.

And the way the point spending works is you can only spend the exact number of points needed to complete the next chest. If you do not have enough to do that, then you cannot spend anything. For example, you are working on the 10th tournament chest and you are halfway to finishing it, or at 4000 of 8000. If your perk is level one and you have the max of 2500 points stored, your fellowship has to wait until you are at 5500 of 8000 points to spend the 2500. Or if you have enough stored points to complete two chests, you have to spend the points separately, one chest at a time, to use them. The spire and tournament chests will have a green + next to the incomplete chest that a Mage or AM can click on to spend points and to check how many are available to spend.

Does anybody have any details about 'Advanced help' perk? Does it work exactly like bellspire/crystal lighthouse wonder, extending duration of polish on culture buildings? If so, how much time does it add per perk level?

Advanced Help adds four hours per level to the amount of time the helping hands from fellowship members stay gold. This one is really only good if you have members that do not visit every 24 hours because every returned visit with gold hands is worth 20 fellowship XP, while a return with green hands is only worth 10. With these new perks, there will now be a 24-hour cooldown period from when someone joins a fellowship before they can visit any or the members or any of the members can visit them. This was added to prevent cheating, so no fellowship hopping just to build up extra XP.

Tournament Perk lets you store 2500 leftover points per level and they do not expire. For example, your fellowship is working on the 10th chest and does not complete it, at level one the fellowship would store up to 2500 of the points earned toward completing that chest. This is not per week, but is a hard max of how many you can store.

Spire Perk works the same way except it store 50 leftover points per level. For example, it takes 520 points to complete the purple bar for silver. If your fellowship has this perk at level one and they finish at 540 points, those 20 leftover points are stored and can be used in future Spires.

Tournament and Spire perks also have a cooldown period that lasts until the next tournament and Spire start. If you join a fellowship after either has started, you can earn individual rewards, but your points will not count toward the fellowship total or the group rewards.

Knowledge Point Sharing gives every member one free KP per level per day that can be put into another member's AW. These cannot be saved up and have to be used each day or they are lost.

Earning fellowship XP: 20 per gold hand visit or 10 per green hand visit. 4000 XP per completed chest in tournament and waypoint in Spire. That would be 40k XP for a 10-chest fellowship, plus 4k for each chest after, and 48k for a Gold Spire fellowship.

The levels are just cumulative. Each additional level is worth the exact same as the first level. So tournament is 2500 points stored at level one and a max of 25000 at level 10. Spire is 50 and 500. Advanced Help should be 4 extra hours for gold hands per level, up to 40 extra hours. And KP sharing is 1 at level one and max of 10 at level 10.
