anyone joins after a tournament or spire starts they are out for that tournament and/or spire cycle now .. they have to wait 24hrs to do visits
Is that 36hrs correct? I *think* it's 18hrs from the time tourney ends on Saturday until the Spire begins on Sunday.36hrs of deadzone each week.
Except that this is easily remedied if the new player waits to defect on a Saturday.@Darielle I can see your point but personally I would rather risk this than not having new members being able to participate. And if you have the spire perk you may be able to save the gold even if a player leave.
I changed fs a few weeks ago. Did it on Saturday and I was able to do spire and Tourney that week starting on Sunday. Is that 36hrs correct? I *think* it's 18hrs from the time tourney ends on Saturday until the Spire begins on Sunday
It is long enough. I did it unless something changed over the last few weeks.the window between tournament and spire is less than a day correct
The spire perk does help, if it was selected the week before that person left. I was talking about the instances when people leave without warning.@Darielle I can see your point but personally I would rather risk this than not having new members being able to participate. And if you have the spire perk you may be able to save the gold even if a player leave.
Or think of another possible situation - if the other members of the FS helped that player reach the top by accepting lopsided trades to give them what they needed to cater, and the player leaves and takes their points with them…
not every game .. you score a touchdown and argue with the coach and walk off the points stay on the score board
yes i do, but it's still a false analogy to say that because they are similar they must be treated the same
But the tourney and spire gather points and disperse rewards differently from each other, so why should they be treated the same way when a fellow leaves? In the very same game, two instances are not treated the same. The Spire should have been done the same as the tournament from the beginning.
