I love it when people takes over ones thread to a level that has nothing to do with the main question thank you for nothing.

That's not an auto collect. YOU click a button (manually) to initiate the collection, it costs you 5 diamonds, and everything is collected.

You MUST be on-line to initiate the Diamond collection, and only houses that ALREADY have a completion icon are collected.
