nope
wrong.
(mumbles a few things, clears throat)
It does not matter if you dissagree with this train of
thought, but its both rational and ethical, not irrelivant.
Player A discovers Player B
Player B not discovered Player A
both list the same offer 1000 marble for 1000 steel ( 1:1 )
Player A's cost to accept - 1000 steel
Player B's cost to accept - 1500 steel
knowing this, Player B puts up the offer 1000:1500,
because if he's gonna pay +50% then so is the trading
partner in his opinion. Duhh, if Player A and B continue
to trade consistently.
I understand ppl getting bent outta shape when others
list offers @ 3-8 : 1 but for those players whom just need
small amounts to save them alotta time, paying even
2:1 isn't really gouging, yet when ppl complain about
anyone asking for that 50% fee .... so 1.5 : 1 . Inno chgs
us diamonds/$ for that same thing, is it such a crime for
players to get small profits by keeping a wide range of
offers up 24/7, just so others have the convienience,
always having trade goods avail if they need them ??
Irrelivant ?? no my question wasn't, I also didn't offer
an opinion of good/bad, I just offered a plausable
reason why such offers might be listed..... sheesh.
