Problem with the Cauldron?

Web: Clicking Add Ingredients takes you to an empty cupboard.
Mobile (iPhone): Clicking Add Ingredients causes the screen to flash & repaint.

Anyone know the cause of this problem? Was a programmer playing around and screwed up or did the inno server get hacked? How long does it take to fix the root cause and solve this problem? this has apparently been going on for more than a few days.

No ingredients to add to the cauldron in my cities in Winyandor, Sinya and Ceravyn. Arendyll is okay.Any way to quit showing this thread as "fixed?"

i think they have dementia. last week they got lost and this week they forgot to actually bring ingredients.
