I just won a province expansion. When I went back to place it, it was NOT there. Now it is saying I still need one more. What's up with that?

Try one of the following ...
1) Refreshing your game
2) log completely out, shut game down, reopen and log back in
If you still don't have the expansion
3) Submit a support ticket to have the issue resolved

Thanks. The first time I tried logging out and coming back it didn't work..But it has fixed the problem now.
