Fellowship Events Terrible Prizes !!

Yeah. I bought the $10 package after the Dwarven chapter started, and declined it for the Fairy one, which is where I just began. I believe you get an 80% increase in sale near the end, but I'm not sure.

Really? I've never noticed a pattern for the sales...granted I don't pay much attention since I just decline them.

I haven't noticed it either; thought it had to do with how long it had been since your last purchase, cause after a purchase I start getting them with 20% and it increases from there to 80%. Didn't know it would go any higher, as I've never been able to resist the 80%, lol!

a company that doesn't give a rip about it's players or ourselves?

Why would you say that? All content in all events are "extra" content, any reward from any event is added and optional?

Inno is giving you a choice to participate and play. And introducing new content to please their player base. Now, I think alot of us agree that the prizes could be better. But to claim they don't give a "rip?" about us is just absurd. Look at the big picture. What if there were no events, at all?

Hello, I'm completely confused about the event. Our fellowship did great and got to the first golden tower; but now I can't see what to do. It won't allow me to move forward, and someone said there has to be an ambassador? How do you assign one? Please help!

Thanks in advance!

Hello, I'm completely confused about the event.

Your fellowship should be helping you. The Ambassador they mentioned is the officer in your guild. Ask in your fellowship chat who the officer is, and see if they have chosen a path to do the event. Our fellowship went blue. And remember, you can't do this alone. You need help to do this event hehe

Yes, they have been helping, but nobody seems to know how it works, lol! How do we know who the officer is? We also chose blue and completed it, now we can't do anything else...!

Thanks for your reply! :)

Kahvi01: look on your list of members in the FS. Everyone will be either a Fellow, Ambassador, Mage, or Archmage. Fellows are the only ones who can NOT capture that final flag at the top, everyone else can. Once it is captured, the screen will reset to the next round and you continue the same way you did round 1. After the 3rd round, the screen changes to the bottomless pit and stays there until it's over.

@Miadok It's OK, we're all new at some point.

The Mana Hut isn't a Grand Prize, because this isn't a Seasonal Event. The big Grand Prizes you're referring to happen in those. There's a Fall, Summer, Winter, and Easter event. Those have three big Grand Prizes. They're the ones that are 3X5, 6X4, etc. There are also miniature events like the Halloween one, that give out just one prize for completing X amount of quests.

Fellowship Adventures is something brand new and different. It gives three small prizes, the first two of which are just Instants. Unless there are events like Seasonal or minor ones happening, (which all in all might be quite often) they do Fellowship Adventures once a month. This is a post pretty much complaining on how weak the other two are. :D (It's justified. They're weak and repeated. Especially NOT useful for those in the Fairy and below chapters)

Thank you for clarifying me about the events. Is much appreciated.

From what I see now, I find making tha reward buildings small is reasonable. The prizes could still be improved, in other ways, though. It's very tricky however to balance the right way, as any option may result messing up other aspects. Could it be additional KP? Like +10 KP for the 1st chest, +20 for the 2nd, +50 for the 3rd, +3 for Endless Pit stages. Does it looks adequate, or at least harmless?

Thank you! Now I get it! :)

It sucks the way they did that, though; because I don't think that our ambassador/archmage etc. is playing anymore...!

I read a thread a while back about another FS with that issue. I think they said support would help with that after an archmage had not signed in for a given period of time. The other option would be to organize the active members remaining so that you leave the FS, create another, and then invite all the others to join. If that gives you too small of an FS for your liking, you could look for another small FS to merge memberships. It may not help much with this FA, but these are supposed to be semi-regular events (not as frequent as weekly tournaments, but I've heard monthly as long as there's not another event taking place). And if you make your own FS, make sure to make a few other members Mages (who can do everything an Archmage can do except disband the FS) and Ambassadors (who can invite others to join).

Fellowships order of command by rank

1) Archamage (Like the Captain in a Unit)
2) Mage (Like the 1st Sergeant in a Unit)
3) Ambassador (Like a Master Sergeant or Staff Sergeant)
4) Fellows (All others, like a Sergeant, Specialist, or PFC 3, 2, 1)

If your Fellowship is dying, get with the survivors and vote? Keep going as is, or merge with a more active Fellowship?

I hope you all complete the Event! Goodluck!

Well, our fellowship had a pretty good time working together, I think. It was good to have the new members join in on it.

However, I already have 2 Orc Nests. I was delighted with my Mana Hut the first time around, but another one? I would have expected two fresh new prizes, or a couple of vintage prize with nice culture boosts. Instead, it seems that InnoGames is too cheap to commission two new pieces of digital artwork to throw over the skeletons of the mechanics of the Orc Nest and the Mana Hut.

It would have been nice to see a fresh new adventure with an interesting story, instead of being handed a repeat of the summer adventure. At the very least, it would have been intriguing to play the same old adventure but with all the problems fixed. But no... we still had the tedious 24 clicks to scroll through the quests and decline each one to find the one you just had, over and over and over. And several FS, ours included, designed spreadsheets to track what had been delivered, what players had in inventory, and what they had in production, because there is no such tracking method in the game itself. Finally, it's a poorly designed and administered game, in my opinion, that has to depend on fan sites and word-of-mouth after trial-and-error to explain how their product works.

Just get rid of the event. Those with no extra space can't do the little quests. Those with no time can't either. The prizes stink. Nobody is putting money into it except the 3 that get the grand prize. It is AWFUL. Working together as an FS could be fun if we had drop down menus, better prizes, and less than a gazillion 35 15 minute runs and as many 5 minute ones. I'm shocked that some in some of my FSs like it. Note it is always the same three in every land who get the big kahoona. $$$ The rest get garbargio.

I like this game because it is no pressure (except from INNO always pushes diamonds) my complaint is that trying to get my FS to contribute to the adventure is like pulling teeth. The end result (prizes) is not worth the hassle of trying to get people to contribute. I think this will be my last adventure.

What are others thoughts on the prizes made available to us on this 2nd FS event?

The building prizes are pathetic. If there were more instants with each level I think more FS would play, in other words instead of just 1 instant, do a collection of them ($$, Supplies, Time Reduction) so even if you don't care about the buildings then at least the effort gives you something you can use.

What I do like about it, it has really brought our FS together even more. We tend to chat about the Tournaments and help with trades to get through it but this event really takes coordination that we have all enjoyed.

And finally, since the adventure really doesn't impact your FS's rank overall then it doesn't really matter how you end up. The diamond players will always take the top spots and that's their prerogative to throw money at imaginary buildings however with hard work and coordination getting within the top 25 is achievable if you apply the right strategy.

Never again. For the first time since I started playing, I am sick to death of this game. I will never sit staring at and babysitting my computer for hours to see whether supplies are made yet. Stupid, stupid and boring. And all for a purple house and some instants? No way ever again!!!
