Rise of Phoenix is from March 20 to April 17 (6 AM CT, 29 days). Building stats are in the above link in the EVENTS & EASTER tabs. The prizes are comparable to the efficiency ratio of the top Flurry buildings for those in the first 3 chapters :) but are less so for those in later chapters :(. This OP is now complete. The EASTER tab has the list of quest rewards as well as tips. The COSTS tab with its estimate of Scouting Costs & Time as well as KP Calculator may be useful.

IMPORTANT
Tournament encounters do not count. Only World Map encounters do.
Quests with an 'or' such as in #18 cannot be done by combining two types of activities, e.g. 6 encounters + 6 KP.

Whichever is fulfilled first will trigger quest completion.
You are not considered to be in a new chapter until you have finished the Advanced Scouts research for that chapter.

There's a big jump in the bonuses for those in Chapters IX & X which is probably to make them worth the lack of mana production so it appears the devs listened to previous feedback this time. Be still my shocked heart. There is hope after all! :D

Yep the new event is called "Rise Of Phoenix" it started today on beta and has 28 days left of it.. so far its the same format as the winter event and summer solstice where you have 2 sets of tasks, one set you get a new task every day while the other set there is no limit to how fast you can get them done.. The prizes you can pick from, change every 24 hours like the past events...

Thanks for the info, Gath! Much appreciated. Hm, maybe you can be our SubstituteShorts for this event.

My beta city sucks.. I'm still on chapter 1 after a few months.. There is no way I can complete the tasks as fast as I would like.. I have the first 16 tasks I could write down but I will not be able to keep up with updating it since my beta city wont be able to keep up,,, Probably would be best if a better beta city player did it

I have edited the OP to include new info from CrazyWizard, Platinum Leaf, and Elven Architect. I will continue editing it when I can when new info is given. I've also changed the title from Rotten Eggs to Phoenix Eggs to make searches easier.

As long as this event makes up for the last one we'll have fun, right? ;) Although my headaches make make finishing it a bit rough...

The prizes are definitely better than the Valentine ones but not as good as the Flurry buildings for someone in later chapters. I also wish that the hybrid buildings offered at least an equal amount of population or culture or, even better, more population than culture. I also calculated the amount a factory of the same size as the Traveling Merchants would offer and they're not worth it for me since I produce more Tier 1 and Tier 2 goods at 717% boost than those buildings so I'm still better off trading my boosted goods for non-boosted ones. I also find it strange that the grand prizes actually decrease in efficiency. I will have no space in orcs and I expect even less so in future chapters due to the mana demands so I have no idea where I'm going to put these buildings and I'm not willing to sell residences since I only have 38 and coins might become an issue. I suppose I could delete old event buildings to make space. Sigh. Always short on space and pop.

Oh Wise One
Thanks, Draconomicon.

Because your sheet is so useful, and I got tired of trying to find it when not at my home machine, I short-cut it for easy location. bit.do/entropysheet will find the main page. and as of today, bit.do/entropy317 (or bit.do/entropy32017) will find the tab for the march 2017 event. I considered using /entropyeaster, but thought it might cause confusion next year.

Whichever is fulfilled first will trigger quest completion.

In a prior event I had support mention that the progress bar for these "or" quests reflect the one you have done that has the highest completed %. Although it should be noted that sometimes you can be locked into a particular path if you do one of the requirements.

Another thing to note for the event is the hunting for eggs in your town. These appear to follow the same locations as for chests and snowflakes. I have not plotted the locations but have not observed any new ones yet. There is a map in my guide for chest locations if someone wants a visual aid.

Updated OP to 62 quests thanks to CrazyWizard links and it's only Day 3 in beta. Wow. That's some crazy wizardly work all right.

Suggestions to the Devs:

1. Can you make it so that we buy KPs and then spend KPs, not the other way around? This will also help cities in earlier chapters to avoid tech lock.
2. Tier 1 is the most demanded good. The 1-day and 2-day productions result in much less output so would it be possible to modify the quests to any boosted factory regardless of tier?

Thank you for the info!
I am unable to find the reward page in your document. Can you give me further instructions?

Updated to 83 quests and also included a Quests By Type section.

Question: Would people prefer tips to be in a note or a separate line?

Updated to 86 quests and also added Time, Start, and End columns for those who like to plan ahead. Entries in the Start and End columns are in my local time so feel free to delete those and enter your own.

I have an important burning question...

Is anyone else worried about how to fulfill the Gain Relics quests due to the paltry amount that tournaments are giving nowadays?

I've actually already started scouting just so I can be sure I can fulfill Quest #17 quickly. Not even sure why I'm doing so since, to be honest, I'm not excited by the prizes since I will probably need to get rid of these buildings in Woodelves and because I need population more than culture (I just sold my Daunting Pumpkins and Wonky Walter's). And the fact that the grand prizes actually decrease in efficiency is something I haven't stopped muttering over.
