@Jayla Wolf Hi Jayla, it would be helpful to know what world (A, W, F, K, or E) you're recruiting in? I am AM of my FS's in A and W and often get requests to join from newer players, but as we have a point minimum, I end up writing letters of regret :( I would love to be able to point them in another direction, however, so if you could share that info, that would be great! Thanks :)
