I'm sorry, I wasn't clear on my question. I am looking on mobile for my total squad size, not the training amounts. Is there a way to find total squad size on mobile app?

OK, I'm a fairly newbie of less than 3 months I think. My question is I have players help me, but when I visit them I can't help them. What gives?
When you go to your world map you may visit anyone you have discovered. Select the player's city you wish to visit. Having done this three choices pop up you would chose the right hand choice. You also visit someone that has visited you in your notifications, this would be a bronze color for coins & supplies or a green color for just coins.

Please explain "discovered" and how they can help me, but I can't help them. Probably easy answer and I'm just not getting it or having a brain fart.

To my knowledge on mobile the size changes from 1☆ to however # ☆ of the fight you are battling. Someone else might be able to explain it better.

Discovered cities on the world map are ones that you have visited at one time. Those are the discovered cities I'm referring to.

OR......

How do I get more coins and supplies?

First and foremost by helping your fellow man or elf! :) Every day you can visit someone in your fellowship and/or someone in your neighborhood that you have "discovered" or scouted. When you click on their name and click visit or just click on their city in the map, you will have a pair of helping hands on the bottom of your screen. Click on the hands and new little hand icons will appear over buildings in their city. If you click on a Culture building that player will get a culture boost, if you click on the main hall that player will get coins and if you click on their builders that player will get faster builders for a period of time. You might see a C or B or M or H in a player's city title. They are telling you which kind of help they prefer. You get a bonus in coins too for being such a good neighbor!! And if your neighbor has visited you in the past day, then you get bonus supplies too! It pays to be generous!!

Another reference, from the wiki: Elvenar Wiki - Neighborly Help

"Once you have scouted a bordering Province of a neighbor's city, things become more interesting. Your relationship state with that neighbor will turn to "Discovered", meaning you will be able to trade with him more effectively. Or in other words: the Trader will not ask you for a fee when you take an offer from a discovered neighbor.
So, keep on scouting and discovering others!"

It also means you can now visit your newly discovered neighbors. :)

I'm New to this game, I have been wanting to play since I saw it on FB. Now that Amazon has it I can play but I have no idea what I'm doing. Is there anyway I can get a tutorial or in game help?

We have so many helpful and intelligent humans and elves sharing their knowledge of the game with us.

Easy answer: you haven't discovered them yet. The player boxed in red you can't visit, but the two with the green boxes you can.

Bobbykitty...THANK YOU for all of the time you spend writing your guide for newbies! ;) Amazing!

Mykan, I cant look at your guide in Google docs because it says I don't have permission. Is there another way to view it? Thank you!

I'm afraid BobbyKitty is long gone from the game. If you look in Mykan's Signature on any of his posts he usually has links to the most current fomr of his guide. If you put an at symbol in front of a user's name, the system will notify them that someone has tagged them, like @Mykan

I have long ago removed the document. The guide is on the forum now with more information than the document had. As Ashrem said there is a link in my signature, it is also pinned to the top of the questions and help section with links to the various parts. Combat guide is pinned in battle section of forum.

I can’t figure out what my boosted goods are. At the bottom of my World Map, the only icons are on the left: Go Back and right now Tournaments. Never mind. I think they are on the top left? A plank octagon symbol, a marble one, and after I do the research a magic dust? I think they are called relics? Ha! I figured it out, they are in the Main Hall. Ya-a-ay! Now I need to know which building to upgrade to increase my battle squad (the barracks, the armory, the training ground, or the Cerberus training ground? Okay, thanks!

The guide was written prior to the mobile version, some screens are a little different in the mobile. But there are a couple ways to find your boosts
  1. World map - look at provinces above and bottom left and bottom right of your town ( is other patterns as well)
  2. look at relics in main hall and if researched they will be highlighted
  3. Look at your research tab and find the production boost tech and it will say which boost it is.
